Every time 10 minutes, this screen would pop up. Stupid tornado warnings! There was a tornado that hit OKC and the same storm marched its happy butt towards our area. Therefore, every few minutes when a new warning came up, the Emergency Alert System would show this screen. That's it. No voice saying "This is a message from the Weather Station..." Nothing.
