- I'm a newlywed living in Arkansas that loves to cook. My wonderful husband, Brian, serves as my guinea pig. I have one "child," which is my 8 year old cocker-spaniel Jack. This is my personal journey to becoming a healthier version of myself. Along with some random thoughts here and there. I'm no expert, so join me while I'll figure out what the hell I'm doing here. :)
