Tonight I dyed Easter Eggs. In the next couple of days (definitely by Friday) I'll have more details and ideas for dying eggs on the main blog.

I finally got my new iPhone case! I saw this case in an Apple store, but they only had it for an iTouch. I was pretty bummed, but finally found the same case for the phone. Four weeks later, it finally arrived on my doorstep. :)

Duane "Dog" Chapman the Bounty Hunter was at Books a Million today, so Brian and I braved a huge crowd to gain an autograph from the Dog. He and his wife, Beth, were there and they were very nice people. Brian got to hold the book and have Dog sign it, while I stood back and took pictures. Brian got to talk to him for a while and we both shook his hand. We were in and outta there in an hour. :)

Day 82

My mom just got back from Dallas today, but before she came home, she made a stop at Sprinkles Bakery. She got Brian and I a Cinnamon/Sugar cupcake and a Strawberry cupcake and then she bought Jack his own little cupcake.

Day 81

Brian and I both had off work today, so we had a mini-Spring Break. I got to eat lunch with one of my besties and former roommate, Pamela, and then Brian and I went flying over the Poteau Mountains. We were surprised by how much snow was still down there!

Day 80

I think we ended up getting around 6 inches of snow. It's rained most of the afternoon, so a lot of the snow is gone but it is still so cold!

Remember how I said it was 70 degrees yesterday? Totally different story today! They're also forecasting 3-5 inches of snow by tomorrow morning.

As of 7:30pm, it has started to snow here. Looks like we may end up getting a few inches after all.

Such a beautiful spring sky today! Tomorrow's the first day of spring, but Mother Nature is playing a cruel joke on us. The temperature today is in the 70's but tomorrow, there's a chance of snow! :(

This morning, bright and early, (well, not quite bright yet) we headed out to say goodbye to Michael who is being deployed. We got to the base at about 6:30 this morning. Big thanks to Brian for taking these great pictures.

Day 65

Tonight we went to party for Jade's husband, Michael, who is in the Air National Guard. Brian and Michael have been friends since the 8th grade, and Jade has become one of my best friends within the last four years. These cookies were made by one of Michael's aunt's step-daughter, so Jade and I had to analyze them all night. :)

Day 64

After enduring such a cold winter, daffodils started blooming out of nowhere in my backyard. Come on, spring!
